Route 104 Corridor Study
In consultation with New Hampton and Meredith, the Lakes Region Planning Commission (LRPC) conducted a corridor access management study along the NH Route 104 corridor from the junction of U.S. Route 3 in Meredith westerly through New Hampton to the Bristol town line. The project was initiated in early 2006 and completed in April 2007.

Town House Project
In March 2025, the Town of New Hampton residents voted to allow the Town to secure a $350,000 bond to use for repairs on the historic Town House. The Town is currently working through the proposal process to determine which contractor will be selected to complete the various tasks that are required. The project timeline is to complete some site work at the Town House in 2025 and secure a contractor to do foundation work in the summer of 2026. Any leftover funds from the completion of those projects will be used on the remaining list of projects.
