Overview

The Newfound Area School District (NASD), also known as SAU 4, serves four towns in central New Hampshire: Alexandria, Bristol, Danbury, and New Hampton. Headquartered in Bristol, the district includes one high school, one middle school, and three elementary schools, educating approximately 1,000 students from Pre-K through grade 12.

Led by Superintendent Paul Hoiriis and a seven-member school board, NASD emphasizes personalized learning, strong community relationships, and student empowerment. NASD is known for its close-knit, supportive school culture and active community involvement.
